I.                    Conference Theme

The conference theme of ULS 15 and SDP 2 is “Language Studies in the Era of Big Data”. With the arrival of the Era of Big Data, our studies are facing new challenges and opportunities. Therefore, “Language Studies in the Era of Big Data” is chosen to be the theme of the joint meeting of ULS15 and SDP2, in order to provide a platform to discuss strategies, approaches, and methods of language studies in adapting to the new situation.
